Rabbit and Moon Childcare
The wraparound service will be managed by Rabbit and Moon Childcare, alongside their provision for two-year-olds. Details on how to book your children into this service are outlined below.
Rabbit and Moon is an external provider and the management, its staff and day to day running are not employed by Harvills Hawthorn Primary School.

Rabbit and Moon Fees from January 2025:
Breakfast Club
7.45 – 8.45 - £5.00
After School Club
15.20 – 17.00 - £10.00
15.20 – 18.00 - £15.00
All sessions need to be booked for the term. Sessions cannot be changed and are charged regardless of non-attendance.
Discounts available for full packages and Siblings:
Sibling discount - 10% discount weekly for each additional child. The first child will be charged in full.
Full-time discount - 10% discount weekly if 5 sessions a week are booked in Breakfast AND After School Club.
Full time in 1 club discount - 5% discount weekly if 5 sessions are booked in Breakfast OR After School Club.
Both clubs discount - 5% discount weekly for 3 or more days booked in Breakfast AND After School Club.
Holiday Playscheme – From April 2025
8.00 – 17.00 - £40.00
Booking and Paying:
- Bookings can be made via telephone call or email.
- All places need to be booked in advance for each term, January to April, April to July and September to December.
- Days are set and cannot be changed during that term unless 4 weeks’ notice is given as we must adhere to strict staff: child ratios. Once all spaces are filled, we will be unable to take any more bookings.
- If you require extra sessions to your normal booked sessions for any week, please let us know asap so that we can assess numbers and spaces available. We will do our best to accommodate this, but it is not guaranteed.
- Fees are charged weekly despite non-attendance due to sickness or holidays.
We will invoice parents monthly which needs to be paid in advance. We will accept weekly payments if this is easier.
