PTA

What is the PTA?

PTA stands for Parent Teacher Association, a school-based organisation with a mission to make the school a better place for children to learn. Parents of pupils work together with teachers to volunteer their time, raise money for school supplies and generally support the school's efforts.

Who can join the PTA?

All parents and teachers are automatically members of the PTA. However, if you would like to become actively involved, please email Mrs Hill -mrshill@harvillshawthorn.co.uk

What will you need to do?

You will need to give time to attend some meetings (not all), help organise events, share ideas and take part in the events. However, if you cannot commit that much time, then any help would be brilliant!
